Eligibility Requirements

  • To secure an admission in a Canadian institution for a PG Diploma, a student must have successfully completed 15 years of formal education and should meet the following criteria: 

    • A score of 50-55% and above in a Bachelor’s program
    • IELTS score of overall 6.5 with no band less than 6.0 (As per the institution and course requirement) 
    • Academic gap of not more than 5 years
    • Not more than 6 to 8 backlogs
    • Specific score requirements in core subjects may also exist 

Work Permit & Job Opportunities

  • A post-graduation work permit (PGWP) in Canada allows students to work in the country after the successful completion of their PG-program. Students completing their two-year PG diploma get a PGWP for up to three years. 

    To be eligible for a post-graduate work permit, the minimum duration of the program should be of 8 months and students should have graduated from a recognized Canadian institution.
